The "Frank Black Live" section is a mess, there are 2 or 3 different threads about the same gig with unclear titles. So I thought we could perhaps have someone (let's say, a mod) create a new thread for each forthcoming gig as soon as we find out about them, and have everything discussed in there (tickets, travel tips, reviews...). Would make things much easier to read. What do you think?

I see what you're after, but it could end up with a bunch of empty threads if nobody from here is at a certain show.
Still, if you want to give it a try, Denis, since you're basically the tour dates manager here, I'd be happy to see how it goes. I've gotta' be delegating, too much to do myself as it is.

At the very least though I think we should start locking the multiples, it's hard to figure out what's what sometimes. Same with the FM/RM threads if you ask me, I think people really need to start thinking whether their own opinion warrants an entirely new thread.

I don't think a few empty threads are too much of a problem.
Anyway, just made a couple of threads for each remaining gig of the solo tour. We'll see how it works.

I'll rename them and if confusion arises they can always be changed back.
Also: How do we feel about a tickets thread for this set of gigs. There's been a few popped up so it might be easier to have one sticky thread for it. |

I think the concert threads should run alot like the ticket threads. Post the name of the whole show. With a link. as it moves on down the list, it's just easier to go down to the show you want someone to re-link and post a new message. or is this what you already told denis he could do? I'm so lost.
