I'm really enjoying this -just got it today. Has some Calexico, Black Heart Procession (obviously), Will Oldham/Bonnie Prince Billy, some Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds, and some Rachel's feel to it as well.

I'll be looking into Solbakken - seems to be a very good Dutch band that's been around for a long while.

if you live in california the black heart procession will be doing a show with pj harvey in l.a. in a few weeks as well as some other shows here in san diego and i think in northern california too.

The pixies band.. I'm doing all the albums in chronological order and loving it, once I've done that I'll do them in the order that I love them most then If I'm still awake I might do them in the order I bought them... I'm taping them all to take to work too, kerrang fm is starting to grate... although they did play metallica today and my co worker and I had much fun dancing up and down the aisles in theatre stores much to the bemusement of the theatre managers...thatre sisters... theatre ODP's.. much to everyone's bemusement, It's a good job they're fond of us or I'd have been fired by now... anyhoo

Skatealex1, do you own the TV On The Radio album? What is it like? I have heard Staring At The Sun and that was very good.
