one thing for sure: anyone who leaves the same goofy 'poetic' tagline in every posting and yet blags on about nothing so you have to see it to the point of ultra-annoyance -should be automatically eliminated.

Zez, until this moment I thought you were a guy! I just figured it out now, thats hilarious.
You are so French though, words are always backwards in sentences in French. My favourite in French though is when you say how old you are like, J'ai vingt-sept ans, which literally translates into I have 27 years. Funny. |

Must have been Billgoodman. I've always wondered why people know this expression "sacrebleu" in french while it stopped being used 200 years ago.

Phhhhwhat??? So I have to call myself something from an FB album to "prove" that I own them all? I dont think Charles finds his Pixies work "offenvise"!, if only embaressing at most! I think I'll change my name to Tiny Heart so I dont fucking offend you anymore. I'll leave it at that, I dont post in this forum to bicker over pointless arguements.

Yeah, i had thought about it, but you said something like despite eating ice creams, anyway i like fat men not obese ones. there's a difference between goodfed and junkfed fat men.

For a long time Frank Black was physically perfect to me. He no longer is. As for the others i don't know what they look like.

Now there is that fat guy at the drumschool who really embodies physical perfection (but i couldn't write it in my previous post cause my fat one was watching). I think Frank Black is among goodfed fat men (though i saw him drink soda at the end of a gig), he's obviously not obese. It's all about the quallity of the fat : it has to be firm, not liquid, if you know what i mean.

Sorry for being ignorant, Pioneer, the celebrity of those guys may've reached France, only it hasn't reached my place. And Frank Black's not perfect any more cause that drummer i mentionned is much more perfect. He's only lost the first place in my top 3. ... You're being contemptuous, aren't you?

y'know, France is like any other place, and "heavy celebrities" are scarce, physical ideals are the same as in America. It's not a french thing to like fat men. And i'm no longer especially interested in celebrities, unlike i used to be in my early teenage (but who wasn't?) so i won't talk about locally-known people nobody cares about (although they deserve to get known).
Don't you think being attracted to so-called ideals is cultural attraction? (i'm not trying to be philosophical, but if i ask no question that post won't get any answer)

I can't speak for the whole of Europe (yet), or even a single person over there, but I certainly prefer a woman with a little meat on her bones and no make-up on her face... and certainly no silicone in her breasts. Though I suppose if they had some sort of logic chip implant, I'd be OK with that... :)
And from what I know, they did like a little more plumpness back a few centuries ago, but I'm no expert. |

Wasn't the old british ideal the small, round belly and the breast that fit into a wine goblet? I'm sure I saw that somewhere reputable like the Learning Channel or something. I'm with Cult O' on this one. No makeup, no fake breasts and a nice big brain. The girl has to be fit healthy, but not ultra skinny or really buff. Just healthy. Taste is completely subjective of course, and you can feel free to be attracted to anyone you like. Sure, culture will have a bearing on your tastes, and people are socialized to like and do many things, but this is not an excuse for becoming an automaton who can't become aroused unless the girl looks like Pamela Anderson. Or the guy looks like Brad Pitt. Of course, if I could find a girl who liked Frank Black as much as I do, I could excuse many a physical flaw.... |

Sweet... my European campaign has begun. I think I'm going to leave the capital of Europe as Saskatoon, while I'm at it. They might not like it, but if my platform is based on having FB write the Continental Anthem, they'll have to vote for me anyway. And the last bit of settling the silicone vs. flesh debate in New Orleans avec handfuls of beads made me laugh out loud again. I seriously have to stop checking FB.net during work... |

Saskatoon's not even the capital of Saskatchewan, let alone Europe. Though, we do control much of that continent with an iron fist. Then it's settled. As cheif city or your pathetic union of mostly inconsequential nation-states and has been world leaders, I declare that Frank return from your slothenly clutches immediatly and commmence touring the home land at once. I've already booked a week's worth of dates in the regal capital. Bow down euros, and feel our wrath. |

MereUbu'a name rocks. I love Pere Ubu. Athiest4Catholics is like, oh, har har har, it's funny, because it's ironic? Humor is the devils seed, comrades. We must look past it and nominate the person whose name reminds us the most of non-alignment pacts and Chinese radiation. Or my name. Billy Childish. It has a nice, albeit stolen ring to it. |

Well, he does work for the city of Saskatoon, which is kind of like working for the future capital of Canada (since it is only a matter of time before the EU joins Canada and we've already established that Saskatoon will remain capital of Europe). Resistance to this idea is to be crushed through really painfully long complaint forms in which the applicants must correctly spell the full name of the capital of Europe as well as the province within which it resides and polite subject changes whenever the topic arises. In this way, the festering boil that is Saskatoon-Europe relations will not explode but rather recede into a sub-epedermal irrelevance.
... the writing's on the wall. |

I don't like to use the oft-abused internet abbreviations, but this deserves it: lol. And for that wine goblet bit, they need to have some sort of emoticon for vomiting, perhaps:
:-*
As for him writing "Manitoba", well, we're pretty sure he was writing about Saskatchewan and the <ahem> Saskatchewanites here, but naturally it doesn't lend itself to song very well. Plus, we always have "Running Back to Saskatoon" to fall back on, and that's almost as good. :) Well, no, but, well... shutup!

I believe it is Guess Who. No, seriously, guess. And I may have over-hyped it in my regionalistic panderings.
So, having used this thread as much as possible for my European exploits, I suppose I should bring things back to the original purpose of the thread:
Pioneer, my new campaign manager/toadie/rubber stamp, has the best user name of all time. Immediately after mine. Discuss. |
