I would say over the years I've had about 5 Pixies concert dreams that I remember. They were definately not as cool and entertaining as yours, pheffa.
Most of them are about seeing them in concert up close..like within the first 4-5 rows. It's kinda a coincidence that you should make this post today. Because last night, I dreamed that I talked to the band after the show. I was alone... I don't remember too much just that we had a cool talk about something. |

well the other day my friend told me we might be able to get backstage passes to next years v festival or t in the park, which, according to his uncle, who does the security(don't quote me on this),the pixies are playing at. needless to say i had a dream about meeting them backstage. also needless to say they thought i was pretty cool.
they got the keys to the city but we got a lotta shakin in our hips! |

not had any but last night i dreamt of homers pet monkey. he was 'showcasing' his bands songs, just him on an acoustic guitar, a guy from a record company came over and asked me who he was, he was impressed. crazy stuff! nothing dodgy happened in the dream, i can assure you that, it wasn't sexual in any way.
And it's hard to be a human being, and it's harder as anything else, and I'm lonesome when you're around, and I'm never lonesome when I'm by myself, and I miss you when you're around. |

hehe, i wish! oh no, i don't, that'd be quite a scary dream... it was just his own stuff i think, nothing i recognised, quite good. thinking about it, i must have made it up, darn! wish i remembered it now, may have been a couple of good songs in there i could have used myself!

Sadly, I've never had a dream startting the Pixies or Frank. But the other night I dreamt that McDave leaned into a car I was driving to give me a friendly hug, and I was so embarrassed that I made myself wake up. Such a loser!

Anybody have dreams about forum members they've never met in real life?
Last night in a dream I was in Paris with my family, except Paris, of course, looked totally different and nothing like Paris and everybody spoke Greek ... and instead of hanging out with my family, I was hanging out with Monsieur, who was as charming as he is on the forum.
Proof that he is every woman's dream, I guess.

A while back I dreamt they played a chat show held in a kind of cathedral/school;they were playing up on a kind of scaffolding-platform. Then recently I dreamt I saw them play in a dingy little underground/classsroom club, and Dave Lovering was sitting beside me in the croud-he could'nt play because he'd damaged his hand or something like that. The rest of the band were playing 'Where Is My Mind?' on recorders! Afterwards, I left with Dave-we were walking in the sun and he was smoking and I was'nt saying much because I was nervous. Weird! |

Ive had dreams with famous people in them....not frank I dont think. Not that I can remember anyways.
I had a dream last night that Floop was in. IN fact, a whole load of forum members that I HAVENT met were all in it. Very bizarre dream too. There was some kind of crazy drunken house party at my boyfriends, and everyone was having sex...not like, with each other...with people I didnt know. And we tried to kick Floop out the next day, and he kept hiding under the covers. very odd!
Ive had dreams with Homer in, and bumble at some point i believe. But ive met them,. so it doesnt count.

I was talking about this the other day, I dreamt the forum was a place, like a little village and the threads were pubs and cafe's and restraunts and sometimes you'd bump into someone there and have a chat but often it was empty and people had left you a note, mondo odd.

I had my first dream with a forum member yesterday, after all that FB madness. It was some sort of self-induction dream, because the last thing I did that day was reading her post. And the OST of my dream (I dream in Full-Colour Widescreen with DDS 5.1) was a Madredeus song included in a new Audi commercial I saw right before going to sleep.
Nothing sexual in any way. It was one of that weird dreams with changing sets all the time. I can only remember two of them: One was a road trip to Italy in a red convertible car (Thelma & Louise?). The other one was a large marijuana field where we were dancing in circles shaking a "hierba de La Pampa" (I don't know how you call it, it's that plant with long white or pink feather dusters at the top) with our hands. Really hippie. I don't need to say I woke up this morning absolutely tired.

No, no, it was a disturbing dream with a lot of different situations happening at 200 km/h. I'm still a bit affected when I hear that song, just because it always happens to me when I hear one beloved song in something as repulsive as a TV commercial.
