Oh, yes. "As Ilhas dos Açores". It's the second time I've heard them on TV. The first one was a short ad with "Haja o que Houver" (Arghhh!!!). These actions should be punished by law.

It was a comercial about Açores? It must be beautiful, I´ve been there this summer and it´s just like Madredeus music.
And I want to ask you if you saw already the movie "Abla con ela", just because I saw it on friday for the third time and I think it´s one of the best movies I´ve ever seen, everything is beautiful, the story, the music...everything!

No, it was an Audi commercial. Beautiful after all, but you already know my opinion about it.
¿"Hable con ella", "Talk to her"? Maybe I shouldn't say that, but in my opinion Almodovar is fairly overrated. There are at least three spanish directors better than him, but I don't know why, he has a huge success over the seas.
Anyway, I liked that movie. The ending with the dancers in the theater is marvelous. Also, Javier Camara is an awesome actor (He's not making comedy now, but he's funny as hell).
And it has nothing to do with anything, but I must say Leonor Watling (The sleeping girl) is the greatest spanish beauty, a dream come true. And a fine singer too.

She is a singer? Didn´t knew about that. He is a very good actor.
And what about the music? Did you knew already Caetano Veloso? He´s one of my favourite´s brazilian singer, and I had the opportunity to see him live.

this am I had a pixies drea..i was standing around a parking lot before or after the show and kim invited me and my husband and a couple other fans who were stading around... it was only a few of us. We went into the tour bus and kim and dave microwaved us some food that was in clear pouches. they invited us to sit down at a table and frank and joey were sitting across from us kim and dave doled out the food and they sat down. we all at the food and it was really good. we were all talking and eating and having a good time and then i woke up. the weird thing was when we were getting into the tour bus there was a light brown liquid trickling down... like diet coke...but it was no big deal..the weird thing is i that today i knocked over a diet coke. kinda a weird dream... but cool too.

I don't normally have dreams about "celebrities", and don't really enjoy them for the most part. Not sure why, but they make me feel strange, and they make the person and the dream seem 2-d.
I dreamed last night that Frank had to stay overnight at my mother's house during a tour or something, and he was just exhausted the poor thing. None of the beds were long enough for him, and I kept saying, "ok, try this one", and having him get up bleary-eyed and groggy-grumpy, to find a more comfortable bed. Once we found one for him, we looked out the window, and there were these very large weasels violently chasing each other on their hind legs around and around in a circle in the yard. There was something very unsettling and sinister about the whole thing, so we looked away and said, "well!". We discussed that perhaps that was the origination of that old nursery rhyme song "All Around the Mullberry Bush". Then he went to bed.

The other night I had a dream that all the general chat people got together for a BBQ, it was in the gardens of this country pub that'd been hired and it was early autumn. It was kind of dusky and people were arriving in dribs and drabs and it was so weird, eveyone had these huge smiles on their (projected) faces and going "so you are...." as they met each other, I was drinking a corona and sat on this huge wooden chair, Kathryn was sat on the arm of the chair and Whore was stood next to us and we were chatting, no prizes for guessing who'd taken over the BBQ, it was a lovely and reassuring dream

I had a dream they played a series of concerts on a cruise kind alike in ny and i heard them playing tame but i didntr go cause my cocnert was the day after that then the pixies ended up pushing it off cause they were late then i woke up

| never had a dream about a concert, but the other day i had a dream about the pixies recording a new album. marilyn manson was the producer, and he was pressuring frank into making it a 2 disc album, putting the best songs on the 2nd disc. frank got really stressed, and called off the reunion, 24 days before the amherst show im going to. |

I dreamed this night that I went to a Frank Black concert, and it was so weird...I was always argueing with everyone because I wanted to stay right in the front! And it was in a room with chairs like the one you have in schooll!

I remember a dream I had about a Pixies concert. Frank invited me to watch the concert from the side of the stage. This was after we had both robbed a bank or something, I can't remember exactly. It envolved something ilegal, though.
The other dream I had with Frank was him driving one of those classic big black american cars. Kristin Hersh was in the back screaming her lungs out. The dream was in black and white. |

I had a dream last night... I was in line and my dad was with me. When we got to the front... which had a ticket booth and a turnstile at amusement park... the ticket lady was like... for an extra $30 we can move you up to the front row. I looked at my dad knowing I didn't have the extra $60... and my dad just gave her his credit card and I was so happy knowing I could see them so close and then I woke up  There was more to it like getting to the concert... but I don't remember it
