Do you put something in your hair (if you have any) to make it look better?

I use this :

Hair wax is very good, I will never use gel again.

Tell us your own experience.

I've been using Brylcreem wax for ages - I recently got some gel again and I forgot how it made your hair all stiff. I think I may have to restock the wax.
I have quite fine hair so I have to use something to stop it being all floppy and bedheady. My barber tells me I should have it up in a little 'Hoxton fin', but I don't want to go too trendy. I just amn't.

Kind regards,

I use many products. I went to cosmetology school and the big lesson there was "PRODUCTS!" Anyway, my favorite thing lately is called 'deep shine - phyto-marine lusterizer'. By RUSK. I don't know what that means, but it smells delicious (like the sea) and I put it on my hair when it is dry. It makes it all shiney and purty.

I also put some kind of gel in before I blow dry it.

I don't put anything in my hair. I detest hair gel! I suppose there are many other things I could use, but I've never tried anything and I'm happy with my hair the way it is.

Ramona, cosmetology school sounds like a blast. Can you color your own hair and stuff? Cool.

To answer the question, I don't use a thing (other than shampoo/conditioner) but maybe Monsieur was asking the other gentlemen, not the ladies?

I don't put anything in my hair, except shampoo, and sometimes conditioner.

Oh, and chameleon vomit. It really brings out the color.

i haven't put anything in my hair since the 5th grade, when it was cool to have spiked hair.

the less things i have to do to get ready for the day, the better.

my morning ritual:

wake up
wipe grease off forehead with paper towel
smooth out wrinkles in t-shirt with palm of hand
change underwear (optional)
put pants and shoes on
out the door

You want to try putting your clothes on the stairs the night before and just sliding down into them and straight out the front door.

All i use on my hair is a Gillette Mach 3 blade and Edge ProGel shaving gel.

Emerging from the shower with a freshly shaven head is the best feeling...

Yep, kathryn, I can color and cut my own hair. And I do. I haven't been to a hairstylist in 6 years, mostly b/c I get bored so easily I change my hair on at least a monthly basis.

I think guys hair should be soft and nice and not crunchy or sticky. Actually that goes for all hair, not just guys. Yesterday I cut my nephews hair into a faux-hawk. It's so damn cute!

You get the right wax, it'll be soft and everything but stay in place as well.
If I had lovely hair like, say, David Hasselhoff or David Ginola, then I wouldn't need to worry, but thats life.
