I guess I believe Chrissie Hynde. But thats it. Maybe Alison Krauss as well. I don't know....

Yeah, I really believe Chrissie Hynde. She's the real deal.

Oh, cheese. Wonderful cheese. I love you.

Wire - Heartbeat. Wire totally rulez. Don't you love it when you listen to a new band (new for you, I mean) and wonder how you could live all this time without them? I bought Pink Flag last year and Chairs Missing last week. Wire is awesome.

Denis

I love Guitar Wolf from the Erath!

Yep, "Pink Flag", "Chairs missing" and "154" are great. "A Bell Is A Cup... Until It Is Struck" is quite different from their first period, but very good too. And I hardly recommend you the first solo album of Colin Newman: "A-Z", it's really great.

the new Regina Spektor, Fidelity, from her next record, Begin to Hope. Its about the movie High Fedelity. Its a little over produced and popy. I think I prefer the live version, but perhaps I'll grow to love it.

That Teenage Feeling by Neko Case...pretty much an astoundingly beautiful song. Reminds me of Patsy Cline. The only thing is the guitar messes us in the middle-gets a little off time. Too bad.

My kid mumbling to herself, "I want a different mommy," because I made her wake up to get to school on time.

Haha, probably not.

I am now listening to Rilo Kiley, 'Portions For Foxes'. Just preparing my DJ set for a fortnight from now.
