and actually yeah - when you typed "in a silent way": i read "kind of blue"...
i cant really imagine 'in a silent way' as a backdrop for coitus...not really...ok yeah - i can see it.

I think I still prefer Kind Of Blue in terms of Miles, although IASW is great. But then, its almost impossible to dispute Kind Of Blue as one of the greatest albums of all time, of any sort of music. Absolutely stunning, it be.

I just re-watched Lost In Translation, so I've dug out My Bloody Valentine - Loveless, currently my favourite track, 'To here Knows When'.
Llama, I'm going to see Kristin in November as part of the 4AD anniversary. I've seen her before, once solo, once with 50 Foot Wave, most excellent both times.

Surprise surprise, I'm listening to Doolittle by some band named the Pixies (?). It's alright I suppose if you like that sort of thing. I'm right now on a little known track entitled Hey! Don;t know if anyone on here has heard of this band. (Dear me I love sarcasm, it gets me through the day)

It really is. Its impressive how they've made playing the exact same song 15 times so compelling. I think this is probably also the most abrasive album I own.
