I generally like to drink whatever flavorful beer that's brewed close to wherever I am. Generally a microbrew.

These days, I'd say Moosehead is definitely up there. It tastes good every time I drink it. With most beer, my ability to enjoy it greatly depends upon many different factors like how long it's been since I woke up, what I've eaten, where I'm at, etc. etc. etc., but with Moosehead, it's just a damn tasty every single time, regardless of anything.

Moosehead was one of the first beers I used to drink. That and Hefenrefer. I want to try Moosehead again to bring back some memories. Right now I like trying anything I haven't at least once. One of my favorites is Lucky Lager. I'm digging Bohemia lately too. Guiness is an old staple.

i'm really not too fussy when it comes to beer, i like lager and normally go for the cheapest available (being a student!), so it's normally carling (£1.35 at the union), fosters, carlsberg or heinekken... i do like budwieser but there's only a few places that have it on tap...

What's with this smiley, gary13th? Do you mean you don't like Kronenbourg? People think I'm crazy, but I actually like Kronenbourg. Obviously there are better beers, but for some reason, at parties and at home I stick with Kro. It's super cheap and tastes good.

Apart from that, fave beers: Corona with lime and salt, Negra Modelo, Guinness, and all the Unibroue beers.

I forgot about Magic Hat. As far as variety of flavor's go, that's one of the most unusual beers I've had. They don't have that out here in my area. I love "Imperial" from Costa Rica. Whish they had that in this country. Negra Modelo (especial), just had that for the first time. Good stuff. I usually get the dark.

I love New Glarus' Uff Da and Coffee Stout but can't get it here, of course. I've been drinking Chimay lately. It's yummy.

For someone who doesn't drink a lot, I have remarkably informed opinions on beer. Basically, I don't mind lager, but it only ever tastes good outside in the sun. I can handle Fosters or something in that situation. I'd definitely prefer bottled though - preferably Corona, I guess the lime is what does it. Keeps the flies off.
I had some Staropramen the other day and found it to be vastly overated.

I don't mind the odd bitter/ale sort of thang. Courage Directors is quite tasty, and London Pride is bearable. The scariest one I've ever had is Christmas Ale, 7.5%. Its almost like drinking Christmas Pudding.

And Adnan, I hear you with Belgian beer, I had some Abbey beer served in a goblet, that was potent stuff..

Sounds a bit like Anchor's "Old Foghorn Ale". 8-10% alcohol. So strong it comes in a 7 ounce bottle. I had a couple of these (among other brews) on the brewery tour and my wife practically had to roll me out of there.
