We already have a resident noteworthiness guru but I can be your friendly healthtastic guru. No charge, all advice is free.
Path to healthworthiness is as follows:
Get at least 8 hours sleep each night
Regular visits to the gym
Drink lots of water
Limit drinking of tea and coffee
Alcohol in moderation
Follow a vegetarian diet with lots of fruit and veg
No smoking
No drugs
Listen to FB/pixies at least once a day
Visit frankblack.net at least once a day
Works for me and, as Cheeseman will remind you, I'm as old as the hills.

and yeah, i once met a fantastic girl, she was the coolest girl i'd ever spoken to, maybe even met, and incredibly cute, with beautiful eyes and a cheeky grin... was at an 'indie society' meeting at the union, but she left early on. i'd spoken to her though. and then a couple of weeks later i saw her in an indie club (well it was another society meet-up, but i'd kind of taken over the meet-up and she was tagging along)... and worked my magic, and i've been going out with her for nearly 3 years now. erm, the moral of the story, yeah, i know it's possible. that wasn't my point though mel!

No, wasnt really film studies - I dont 'study ' film studies....it was apparently 'Professional Practise' But my tutors leaving, so we just watched a film.
Just like to actually make it clear that i do *not* study on a course entitled 'film studies'. ok. point made, i think.
What i meant by my post was we were meant to be studying this particular film, as part of another project regarding Propps narrative structure compared to Todd and aristotle (sp?)....but really we were just watching a video, he just needed an excuse to put it on.

Plus much of what barney said. I don't think everyone can follow a strict vegetarian diet though. We are omnivorous animals by nature. I currently am eating mostly vegetarian but allowing fish. Raw vegetables are extremely important. We are not designed to be eating cooked foods. Our bodies have to work hard to digest things that don't have any active enzymes (anything heated). If you think of meat more along the lines of the way they do in asia you should do well. Big slabs of cooked meat are very hard to digest and can create sluggishness. I drink lots of green tea and water. Stay away from refined carbs they create insulin spikes.
If this fails I hear crack works well. |

Damn it I missed you!!!
I was stood chatting to my mate for a large part of the night near the bar, then danced like a madman for the last hour or so. I can't believe I missed you after what you were wearing.
I think I went pretty mad to both Pixies songs and My Coco by Stellastarr*. We danced near the bar room entrance, in front of the stage. I have such hazy memories of the night. I remember something invloving a girl but I don't know what. Although I do remember some guy making a girl cry. I wasn't too happy about that, so my mate pissed him off by flicking his hat. Silly thing to do really.
Hmm, people always end up on the floor there I have noticed.
Younger crowd than it seems on the website too.
He only played one of my requests again. 
Better than none though I guess.

damn you! what the heck were you wearing?! i notice clothes? the guy with the hat, was it a big cowboy like hat or a small hat? oh it doesn't matter! but for once we weren't dancing much, i think i missed the 1st pixies song, and was at the bar during here comes your man, or something. i wasn't really drunk as i have no money! lol! but man, i was walking around, flashing my pixies t-shirt about! people normally come up to me and say "hey, cool t-shirt, do you know they're reforming" and i'm like "no shit"... but no one talked to me last night really, no one i didn't already know!

DAMN!!! I don't know how we managed to miss each other, it wasn't even as busy as it was the first time I went.
The guy's hat was white, a bit like a Panama I think, but yeah maybe a cowboy hat. I think he may have had a thin, blonde caterpillar under his nose.
The girl who he made cry was blonde, with a white top on I think. I was pretty pissed so my memory probably can't be relied on too much.
And I was wearing a beige-ish shirt with the name Brad on, in small letters on my left breast. Erm I had jeans on and black converse. Like I said though, I was in the room where the bar is for a lot of the night, before moving to the front of the dancefloor, near the speakers.
Surely we can't miss each other next time. I can't believe I missed your t-shirt though 'cos I once saw a guy wearing that t-shirt in South and started chatting to him, which is unusual for me 'cos I keep myself to myself in clubs. I'm in my own little world. That's probably why I missed you I guess.

oh i don't know... i think they asked ian where he got his t-shirt from and he said camden, so they made fun of him for going all the way to camden for a t-shirt... of course he was in london anyway when he got it. then they were going on about how it's not as good as a ghostbusters 2 t-shirt and that guy just walked up to him a bit later in the night, whilst we were talking, interupted and made the same 'jokes' again, then told his mates and they all thought he was so funny.

I saw those t-shirts when I was in Camden the other day. They remind me of Julian Casablancas, 'cos he was the first person I saw wearing one. And when The Strokes wear a bin liner, the people, they do follow.
