well that's just it, they're all over the place. Maybe you could include The Complete Recordings

Just a few hours left!
Get your votes in before it's too late to have your voice heard on Round 1.
Right now it looks like Paley cannot be saved. |

FB is a big fan of RP. I saw them twice on stage and walked away both times rooting for the guy, but not here, RIP P/F. |

I think P&F has a bit of a FMRM feel to it. Shame on you all. Heathens! |

And the First Round is in the books.
Sad to see any Frank album go, but this is the savagery of Survivor after all.
Paley and Francis did not survive.
Round two starts right now, and it's already harder than round one.
I'm going with Let the People Speak. One of my all time favorite Frank songs (Frum) cannot save this album. Never really got into the news broadcaster or whatever it is, and not much else on the album that I can't live without.
Happy voting!

It's only going to get harder from here on... |

I'm potentially changing my vote to anything else that someone else votes for in a desperate attempt to save Let The People Speak.
This is an affront to democracy and the first amendment! You bunch of Orwellianism enablists. And you're all misogynists and bullies because Grand Duchy is Violet's project. You just made it acceptable to discriminate against music that is predominantly synth based.
I would like to submit a common's rebellion and invoke article Doolittle. All those in favour of granting Black Suit priveleges to the song White Out say Aye.

I'm gonna go with Let the People Speak. Early on in the game I think it's inevitable that some of the less popular releases (ie collaborations, as evidenced already) are going to go. There's no point delaying the inevitable.
This thread has inspired me however to go back and listen to music that I hadn't heard in years, so hopefully, pot, you can take some solace in knowing that Let the People Speak has had an extra listener this week.
And yeah, White Out is pretty good, but for me it can't save the album.

Yeah, now that I am listening to LTPS I am thinking about changing my vote. Lots of good songs besides Frum. But I'll let it ride for now. Still far from his best and the voice over stuff doesn't really work for me. But I sure hope Duchy does another album soon.
So far the tally is:
Let The People Speak - 3
Oddballs - 1
Golem - 1 |

STILL haven't listened to LTPS. I do enjoy listening to Frum on its own though. |

If anyone from LTPS wishes to trade their vote for Abbubbabbubba then I'll owe you future tactical vote change to keep any Catholics album or the Christmass album in. |

I don't really care either way, but I just thought I would challenge everyone to listen to these two albums back to back. There's a LOT of good stuff of Abbabubba.
Virginia Reel is awesome, the Charles Normal Remix of The Seus is the best version, and a lot of the songs have both a rawness and an energy that's missing on a lot of LTPS.
I like both versions of Rabbits, but the Abba one is way more rocking obviously. And The Water is awesome. So much of it is good.
Anyway, both these albums will be voted off soon enough. Maybe one right after the other? |

once this is done, if people are interested in continuing I've seen on another board a round of voting by album. So start with come on pilgram and everyone votes for weakest track. Continue on until one track is victorious. then move on to Surfer. and on and on. |

I hear you pot, but still I would be surprised if our salty group would settle on WIMM as the last song standing.
Only way to find out will be to do it once the dust has settled from Album Survivor |

No way WIMM wins
I cast my vote for LTPS
I like Abbabuba too Virginia Reel is awesome, true Charles Normal Remix of The Seus is the best version, exactly Rabbits is better (I can't listen to NSE version)

I vote for LTPS. Unfortunately I have not heard it so it is a vote based in ignorance, but, hey, that is the American way, right?
And Charles Normal remix is the best version of the Seus.

Seconded. Even though I quite like LTPS I have to vote for it to save Abbadubba |
