Help me win a prize.

The competition asked people to enter photographs that contain the logo for the company in it some, the silhouette of a bird. I came up with this idea, I think the positioning of the bird logos makes it look like there are two birds flying and landing on/inside my head.
Please voot for my entry in this facebook competition, if you like it. You have to become a fan of Kro to do so, but you can always leave the group after voting if you want. No dodgy apps this time. As usual the competition comes down to who can get the most number of people to vote for them.
Check out some of the other entries though and see which one you think deserves to win.
There are only 18 entries and some of them break the rules which state that no photoshopping is allowed. And it looks as though I am going to need 45 more votes if I want to beat the current favourite, the one with the girl writing Kro.nl on her chest in lipstick.. |

Never thought of that. I think "one bird in each hand" is suggestive enough though LOL
I thought maybe "a bird in each hand is worth one in each bush" as well...
I need 16 more votes for 2nd place and 27 for 1st! :-o
So if no-one else votes for me I wont win anything, and then I'll have annoyed all my friends for nothing ... |

| Well the trip to portugal is only three days, the phone will be there for years and I need one. I think I would have chosen the phone, but at the same time I am glad I came second and got the holiday, it will be awesome. Looking forward to sampling some of the local "coffee" and soaking up some sun :D |

Well I won the 2nd prize but...
Save your congratulations, Kro have just refused to honour the deal. They have been trying to get out of it since I won for some reason. They wanted to give the prize to 3rd. What an amazing coincidence to find that both her and the 1st prize winner come from Dublin where the company is based!
I've just had it out with them on their group and it ended up in them refusing to give me the prize, which is what i said they were doing in the first place! They have banned me from the group, deleted all my comments, but I have them screen saved as have I the personal emails they posted which is against the data protection act or something.
Here is how it ended. Anyone who is on their group still free feel to register your protest against their decision. They have been extremely rude, slandered my name publicly on the site and are giving the holiday to 3rd place.
And the last correspondence I had from them is them inviting my solicitor to write to their solicitor. What a headache this whole thing has turned out to be. |

| Anyone who voted for me in this please help me by reporting kro to facebook for abuse towards me. They have been making some pretty defamatory comments against me. I have to write them to now and if they don't respond favourably I will put in a small claim through the courts. I was going to just leave it until I saw some of the things they said abut me, like for example that I was sending the girl in 3rd place threatening emails. They seem to have done a good job of rounding everyone up on the group against me, I cannot post there and any time I email people who reply to any of this telling them it's not true they reply with some pretty offensive comments. Please report them for me and help me get their comments removed from facebook. |

This is terrible, and makes me angry. So sorry this is happening to you. Although this kind of situation hasnt happened to me, I understand the stress and frustration. I once got wrapped up in a horrible eBAY situation with a seller who wound up being dishonest, disrespectful and devious...slandered me on eBAY, hacked my personal email, and wound up getting my personal cell number through PAYpal...so he called me for weeks, 5 to 6 times a day to harrass me. After contacting a lawyer, I was told there was nothing I could do legally. Go figure. Hopefully yours is resolved satisfactorily and you are somehow able to make this guy eat his own shit. Got my fingers crossed for you.

fbc... no worries. Laugh away. It's the ones on the group who are joining in all this assassination of my character, whilst i look on impotent to do anything about it that are pissing me off greatly.
Trans- that sounds like a real pain in the chops too. Surprised the lawyer said there was nothing you could do, harassing someone by phone is a serious matter, and one for the police to deal with surely.
My case is a civil one and I can't find any lawyers to take it on with legal aid, so I have to fight it myself. I couldn't go on the trip because flights weren't included so I emailed a friend I hadn't heard from for ages and asked him if he wanted it. Then I had to let him down. I offered as a settlement that they give some money to charity so I didn't feel that all the effort I put into this was in vain. Then they started slagging me off, saying all manner of things about me.
I submitted a personal portrait of myself to this, for all the world and my friends to see and they do this! It's well fucked up. Be careful who you trust on the internet. |
