Thought it would be better to keep this separate from the World Cup thread. Anyway...
For anybody interested in joining a fantasy league I've set one up at...

It's free to register and enter a team.
The code for the FB.net league is 305713-72177.
You can register now but can only pick your squad on June 4th, when all the final squads for the World Cup have been announced.

FYI, I don't have a Greek goalkeeper anymore. I traded him for a Japanese.
Good thing this world cup is starting soon, cause I spend all my evenings changing my teams and it's getting silly. Last night I ended up with 2 midfield players from Uruguay. WTF?

even though i don't follow football i'm feeling pretty confident after picking my team. so confident that i changed my team name from fumanbru to brialliantfutballmind.
pretty impressive website. i was reading over the rules and a bit confused over the substitution rules. say for eg in round 1 if i start the greek goalie for june 12. if he lets in 5 goals can i then sub in my italian goalie for june 14 to replace the greek's stats? that's how i interpret the rules but seems kind of funny.

I'm assuming you can move players from your bench to the field with no penalty and they get whatever points they get as long as you put them on the field on time.
I think after each set of games you can do 1 transfer (add 1 player and drop 1 player). And then after the first 3 games you can do unlimited transfers. But, the price of players can also change. I don't know what happens if your players increase in value and you thus go over budget. I'm guessing you're fine as long as you don't change your roster.

I'm in ! - I know it's not sporting to trash talk your opposition but you guys are toast. My team will play liquid football.
But only 8 people, c'mon - what about SnS and Jefrey they are usually up for this stuff. And that German guy (Kelladwella), someone tell him to get his arse into gear and sign up now (He's German so he used to taking orders). |

yes, the more the better. it's easy to get started..very good website (sponsored by mcdonalds)...don't need to know much about futball and the players you pick are ranked by price making it even. i'm sure a monkey would have descent odds to win...plus you get free big macs and filet o fishes by signing up. i'm getting pretty excited.
