Weird. I use to go hiking here all the time. Thanks for the memory-filled photo, KOK. You're a rocksta without an H.

I just read your review for this...
I haven't had anything that big in me in a while

“As civilizations become more complex, and as the need for invisible government has been increasingly demonstrated, the technical means have been invented and developed by which public opinion may be regimented. With printing press and newspaper, the telephone, telegraph, radio and airplanes, ideas can be spread rapidly, even instantaneously, across the whole of America.” - Edward Bernays
Are you sure? It sounds like floop's girlfriend's review to me.
I'd walk her everyday, into a shady place

No, I haven't been there but my friend was a few weeks back.
I live in Los Osos (hence no ramen) which is the south side of Morro Bay. We have the best park in the county. They are requiring everyone to wear full pads so most of the time I have the place to myself. It's great.
You ever been up this way?

hey KOK, i ended up skating the Santa Barbara skatepark this weekend. i must admit, i'm pretty rusty (i haven't done any real skateboarding in a long, long time.. just transportation skating. and not much of that either)... anyway, it was fucking fun. i didn't even attempt most of the stuff i used to be able to do, but it was fun just to get to skate some vert again. i need to check out more of the parks around here, but i have very little free time |

I just got done skating a couple hours ago. The crowds are a bit of a pain on the weekends. Too many "kooks". You know that expression? people just clueless when it comes to the skate park ethics. Skating like they are the only ones there when there's about fifty people there. Many of which were extremely good skaters.
As far as me I'm new to park skating but I'm coming along pretty good. Carving through the bowls and figuring out how to work a line to keep the run going through the whole park. Great exercise. My buddy says he's shocked at how good I'm doing but I've been skating almost everyday.
Skating at a park like that is something I always wanted to do throughout my whole life and I'm finally doing it, so I'm happy. Making some new friends and getting me out of the house.

Make sure to get yourself some badass shades, just like floop. And the right kinds of Vans.

I used to skate, but then they closed down all the skate parks around here and I kinda lost interest. I remember I was really bad.
"How do you like that, Sir Harold?
