Ok...

This was a big pleaser after Rotterdam. Rotterdam was punk rock, a bit messy, and i guess a bit of an outlet for Frank that night.
However Amsterdam was class...Started off with a few acoustic numbers (incl Velouria)....and many older Frank songs, some pixies.
Sorry..i would never be able to recall all of the songs, but his vocals were on the money.
Top show...this is what i travelled all the way to Holland for..A+++
Pics to come once i get to my unpacking place in Israel.

Most of the Bluefinger songs, Ten Percenter, Old Black Dawning, LA, California Bound, Funk Soul Brutha, Encore was Manitoba....the rest my memory doesnt serve me.

Thanks Charles! This show is what I have waited 10+ years to see.

I considered doing a "review" after watching the webcast, but that would be lame. Reviews are only worth it when the reviewer brings a little color from the venue itself, like raasclaat did. Thanks, raasclaat.

Please pardon me, for these my wrongs.

Frank pics there - there Rotterdam & Amsterdam shows are mixed...the close shots are Amsterdam, and the more distant shots are Rotterdam.

Is that you posing with the man? I love that he's pushing a baby stroller. Such a rock god!

raasclaat, do you fancy uploading some of these to the fb.net gallery?

No, I don't know that atheists should be considered as citizens, nor should they be considered patriots. This is one nation under God George Bush snr

Listening to the boot from that gig... Man, that is some serious rocking stuff. The Thalassocracy/Old Black Dawning segue is just nuts.

I was there thankfully and it was a delight. Something for everyone in that show. I went with a group of friends who were not huge fans, some of them loved the acoustic start best (myself included). I still have not heard a better Abstract Plain than that. I swear there was tears in my eyes, i have loved that song forever and for me it is the essence of FB.
Others loved the high energy punk show, with FB on vocals and no guitar.
Personally i loved the show but i love to hear the man play guitar so it wasnt my all time fave show. (FB played a solo acoustic set then Charles Normal took over for the elctric part)
The crowd was great as well, it didnt have the Pixies screamers that you can get at the solo shows.
Great night.
