anyone know why it wasnt included on the pixies dvd with the rest of the videos?

errm...? it IS included on the pixies dvd.
i guess you mean their very first dvd release called "pixies" with the town and country club performence... it's on there dude, open your little eyes and enjoy the magic of ROCK. ;)
