I meant, who is he in the show? He's hasn't been mentioned so far in the show, or "the lost experience"
This has some interesting theories

Check out the release date 1-18-08 Sounds a bit like 108 A certain TV show has numbers which add up to 108. IT'S LOST! ZOMG! Also this movie would be released a month before season 4! FTW! ZZZZZZZ

Could it really be a Lost tie-ie? It would be way too much of a coincidence with that noise in it.

The slusho thing kind of reminds me of Apollo bars from Lost Also, there's meant to be a few more viral sites, but abrams says no one has found them yet

I bet the movie will be 108 minutes long. With what happened in the season 3 finale, i wouldn't be surprised if Jack turned up at some point. Sporting his manky begger-beard

Did anyone hear about the theory that Jack has a twin (possibly evil and possibly somewhere on the island) Supposedly a former writer from season 2 leaked it.
I got my cousin hooked on lost. He watched all of the first season in less than 2 days, then rang me and spent an hour and a half on the phone talking about it.

Haha, love that s_dub. And yes, Brian, you're evil. I burned through one internet cafe's bandwidth for the month getting all the episodes after getting REAAAAALLLLLY hooked on season 1.
The most unfortunate part for me is that my friend in Adelaide had the first season of Heroes on his computer, too, and though I was unimpressed with the first episode, watching the second likewise hooked me on that.
So many addictions, so little time.
And haven't heard that theory, either, btw. I don't buy it, though.

Note the "Jacob loves you" on the right there. Not thrilled about that
Aw, this is so cool: If you play the “Room 23” scene in season 3 backwards you hear a woman's voice echoing: “Only fools are enslaved by time and space”

It's repeated a few times

I'm afraid that I may be hit by a beer truck before Season 4 starts. I'm going insane with apprehension.

Word. I've been going nuts - and the worst part is? In February we get 16 weeks of glorious Lost, and then we do this all over again...

I'm hoping Sean is right about 01-18-08 being a LOST tie-in, but that wouldn't be my luck. It looks good, nonetheless.

Is anyone else watching "Chuck" - I don't know if I'll keep watching it, but I thought it was funny that he mentioned "Oceanic Flight 815" when he's getting all the stuff download into his head.

Michelle Rodriguez got 180 days in jail (they should have given her 108 days)
Here's a picture of her looking happy and wearing hot-pants. And a thong. With her thighs.

...with the now-happening writer's strike, there is a chance that we will only get to see 8-10 episodes of LOST this year, with the end of the season still not written/filmed yet. I, for one, would rip my head off out of frustration if that were the case.

OR, worse, they could get really crap writers in and destroy the show
OR maybe, just maybe, Abrams, Cuse and Lindelof could write the rest of the season. They are the only ones who know where the show is really going. It's their story, their moneymaker, they should take care of it in this time of turmoil

There was an ad placed in Variety today that said "Pencils Down Means Pencils Down." Underneath that, it had a list of all of the "show runners" on TV - Producers/Exec Producers who also act as writers on the show, and basically threatened them. Also, Cuse is one of the union reps for the WGA - i doubt he'd break picket lines.
Let's just hope that its been a bit of a misunderstanding between Cuse/Lindeloff and the fans and that the rest of the season is already written.

There's still 4 more months, so, maybe things will work out. Jacob needs to step in...
Ah the thread is still here!
So, the season 5 finale is coming! One more season and that's it. The End. Although i have a feeling a one-off movie (or tv movie maybe) could be made at some stage. That's only if the fans complain about loose ends not being tied up

Doesn't feel like one more season is enough to wrap it up. I like that the end game is already written, but the show kind of feels rushed now. There's no breathing room. Plot is moved along more quickly, but we don't get enough time to settle in to a new thing anymore. I would've like to have seen 5 or 6 eps on just what the DI does day-to-day.

I get the feeling that a Richard Alpert flashback episode will solve a lot of mysteries. But there is a sense of: "where does it go from here", which isn't a bad thing. After all thats what Lost is all about.
And as much as i love the show. There was several (IMHO) needless episodes in the first three seasons, that just felt like they were filling out the season for the sake of 22 episodes. The main one that comes to mind is the "Dave" episode with Hurley. The only interesting part of that episode was the ending where you find out Libby was in the same mental home as Hurley. I really think that episode dragged. It could have had more potential. So.. eh, thats why i like the more refined seasons...

Two hour finale tonight! I am psyched. Does Locke kill Jacob? Who the hell is Jacob? Do Jack and the Hostiles detonate Jughead? Can the future be changed? Lots of questions that need to be answered.
My only request: don't kill Kate. She's too hot. Or, if Kate is killed, at least bring back Alex, because she was hotter. |
