2 very good points, starmekiten. I don't know why she didn't wait until he was out of school, frankly. It couldn't have been that much longer, and she may have been able to keep her job.
I'm sure if I were the kid's dad, I wouldn't consent to the whole situation either. I also tend to agree with glacial that the teacher is just as immature as the kids.
