it looks great and from the CV site, so there's a good chance it is the cover. I'm glad to see they've got the font sizes proportioned right. Although I always think two words are more than enough: FRANK BLACK. Say no more, say no less. |

Yup, I agree. Got it in the Discopedia already. FBC, have you checked out their press room (there's a link in the news if you click on the album art), lots of articles. Incidentally, email me re:that. :)

Ah, that's what 3 months to go will do to someone. Somehow, a new tidbit of FMRM info in the 10th google search page doesn't seem that irrealistic anymore... |

Weird Al.
I've heard a lot of noise, so I'm going to the stereo store, to get a white noise maker and turn it up to ten. |

The tracks themselves are titled Fast Man and Raider Man, unlike their superhero counterparts FASTMAN AND RAIDERMAN: TO THE RESCUE. |

Frank Black Confirms New Album
Workaholic Frank Black is to release his second album in little over a year in June as well as continuing to tour with The Pixies.
The follow up to 2005’s Honeycomb will be a double CD called Fastman/Raiderman which will hit the shops on June 19th. The full track list is still to be confirmed but working titles include…
Kiss My Ring Dog Sleep In the Time of My Ruin Highway to Lowdown Sad Man’s Song Where the Wind Is Going Raiderman
Cookingvinyl reports that “some of the new songs were recorded in a single 24-hour marathon session with musicians coming and going in three shifts and only one two-hour break for some shuteye”. |

I'll try to keep my bad vibes for me, but I don't like that cover a lot. Frank's Twin Peaks bad guy attitude is cool and surprising but the fake dirt is very obvious, very "pro" in a way I would call it "cheap". Seems the guy went to the "photoshop school" and learnt all the rules gently. A "Live to two pictures" method would be better, know what I mean... Well ANYWAY I'll buy it. |

IMO this one is, by far, the best since TOTY.

Assuming that is the cover artwork? I think it is pretty good. Minimalist. If/when there is a new Pixies record, I imagine that would involve a more vivid [v23] approach, etc.

Thinking about it actually I might have to say Cult Of Ray, I kinda liked Pistolero.
Also I would say this is definitly going to be the cover.

Jon - I guess the Japanese edition of FM/RM will include a bonus track?

Ooh, haven't even heard of that one.
What's the deal. The French releases get bonus tracks. The Japanese get bonus tracks. Here in Ca... nada.
See what I did there? Perhaps we should rename our country Cabonus?
Where/when was I Don't Live Here Anymore recorded?
