Finally, I happened to notice that the mockups are being saved as BMPs which will definitely eat your free space up. Can you save as JPG in your Paint? In XP you can I think.

dean, these are all pretty rough, I was hoping someone could to better voodoo than I, here you are though

I didn't think any of that was usable
I'll rectify the other thing, I know nothing about file types and all that stuff, I work in paint for heavens sake, I'm archaic.

But, while I'm up and thinky, I think this sort of thing is what apl had in mind for her typewriters (at least how I saw it anyway)

Turned out to be 4AM. Good times! Worst part is I'm not tired at all except my legs.

One thing, can that typewriter have the letters stand out more somehow (brighten up the SONG DATABASE ones relative to the other, I mean). It's sort of a compromise between fitting in and standing out.

Hey everyone... thanks so much for your hard work!

Tre, I don't know if it's possible if you have an infinate spectrum of colors to choose from, but I am wondering how something in between yellow and green would work? I think the yellow is a little to bright... but green is maybe a little too subtle?

Active Duck. Thanks for all those new options!

I really like the first one. It's cool and give a really cool vibe. The second one is nice too, but something about the angle of the gutair handle makes me really like the first one.

As far as the bees go, I think they are both nice, but for some reason I really like the ones with the angle. I think all the colors are nice too!

The folders also look great. To me I like the first and the third folders.

Those bees could work. I guess I was hoping for something more cutesy, but I understand the difficulty of accomplishing that in an icon. That little bee that was on Tre's original banner designs wasn't bad, though, could probably be tweaked to look decent?

Nice work on the typewriter both of you. I think Steve's sticks out just the right amount, good work!

And yeah, Damien, I think it was me that asked for the big guitar in the background. That second one looks good, but barring any objections, I think that the flower/guitar one has won my favour. The yellow-orange/blue folders look cool, I don't know that we'll even need brown, but nice work. Can you do the folder set with that orange and replace the active magenta with the blue?

Thanks for keeping at it, we're so close I can taste it. Or maybe that's the aftertaste of the Moosehead? Either way...
