| Alright, I bought a magazine i'd never heard of before, and i think it's called "Best Life" or something similar. Anyway, for those of you who are familiar with it, there's a page in it where Frank describes the album's he's listeing to now, with brief descriptions. Pretty interesting. I tried to find the their website, but failed to do so. |

| I don't know how to scan, and i can't find the article on their website. Also, i'm at work and don't have the mag with me. but.....when i get a chance, or if someone else has the mag, i'll give you the details. from what i can recall now......he's listening to Dylan, the Flying Burrio Bros., some guy who sings Christmas songs, and some old dude who infuenced the New York punk band scene. sorry for my vague memory. |

i assume the "some guy who sings Christmas songs" is Burl Ives

| yes, you are correct! i think it is that Ives guy. the other one's last name is Allison. He's the guy the Pixies song is about (not a girl). i'm back at work and don't have a computer at home to give you more info. what kind of a forum member am i? a ten percenter i guess. |

| I was listening to Sandanista today and saw that "Look Here" was written by Mose Allison, made me think immediately of Frank. Which means it made me happy : ) |
