well, in my experience it can be so compact that you have no choice about where you want to go and who you let in front. the very very front against railings is actually not bad though, but you have to go early.
because, sadly, i'm quite excited about this (blatant) forum coupling, i've delayed my going to bed by quite a bit, but off i go now.

| Last year Kathryn I got punched at the gig so I don't trust my fellow gig goers, I find if you're against the rails you're generally fine apart from the bruising, if you aren't pushed against the rails you just have to go wherever it takes you, there have been whole gigs where my feet have not touched the ground and I have come out black and blue. |

Tre darling, just be yourself. the best dates i have ever been on, afterwards i've thought "wow, i feel like i really know who they are." the worst ones are when you have canned dialouge and dress unlike your usual style. obviously this gent fancies you enough to ask you on this date, be who he was attracted to in the first place.

For Tre: Have fun. It's a Pixies gig, so that's fairly easy to do. Be yourself, that's a good one. You've proved to be cool enough to don't need to be anyone else.
