| Dave is saying that images produce a negative environment in which woman feel that they can't measure up to the high standards. Rather than having a man and two men moderators protect the environment for women, why shouln't one of the moderators be a woman. Rather than having "men thinking for the women", give the women a voice. No one woman is going to represent the feelings or thoughts of all of the woman (certainly Dave isn't representing my male thoughts), but maybe it's a step towards a more steady and defined policy. |

i think what's most important is that moderators are FB fans.
I don't think that the pictures of beautiful women thread offened anyone and actually I think it's really clean here compared to other places-- one of the reasons I like it.
there was one nasty photo posted a long time ago to nasty to repeat... and I emailed Dean and he took it down right away so it's cool here...
but i would definately support any females out there wanting to run... errrmm the ones previously mentioned ... and Kathryn, Kitty & Dayanara...  |

I read the first few pages of that thread... and I think I got the point. I thought at first that it was a complete joke...but it's really true.
I think we all need to focus on what we have in common and come together. This should be a time of rejoycing for Honeycomb  not focusing on a dispute over this point of view. |
