surely that depends on how it is served? could it not be that the head is cooked and then left for a while, thus cooling and condraticting your statement that the head portion is not cool? or is it strictly to be served hot? (or at least, not cool?)
also, i find it hard to believe your advice to "steer clear" of the head portion would ever be of much use. i have so far never been in a situation where i have found myself steering a vehicle towards a head portion and had the choice of continuing towards it or steering clear, nor can i imagine being in such a situation at any point in the future. regardless of this, the advice is appreciated.

how foolish of me. I should have chosen more appropriate words like... Do not eat the head portion, or at least while it is still attached to the cow. And do make sure, if you are going to ingest said heads, make sure you cook it well. The nose is probably quite chewy.

How, exactly, does one get into a spirit? Aren't spirits non-corporeal, and hence not possible to physically enter and exit? Or do you mean you're going to climb into a glass of liquor?
