why when i read this thread do i picture all of us standing around in our boxer shorts, holding diet sodas and talking like robots?
The waxworks were an immensely eloquent dissertation on the wonderful ordinariness of mankind. |

what is the literal meaning of this?
Itīs a guy preparing to act ridiculous so I thought it just might squeeze in as being ridiculousness-in-potency instead of ridiculousness-in-act, if I remember rightly from Aristotle or Plato or one of those dry old white guys that you had to memorise in college if you werenīt into drinking beer and playing pool.

Don't robots talk in different ways, depending on their voice synthesizers?
I mean, this IS the Take Everything Literally Thread, right?

considering the thread you posted in, isn't the last part of your statement a bit redundant? |

I will eat one more piece of that pie today.
I will eat it with ice cream.
I will drink milk with it.
I will send positive vibes to those less-fortunate souls who are not able to enjoy pie today. and those who are not able to enjoy a pie as good as this one...they also get a thought. |

I hope never to eat pie again in my life. Pie is evil. The crust alone...

In the US, a stick of butter is half a cup of butter. This means that pie crust contains a cup of butter. Anything with that much butter is evil.

Two questions:
Do you consider all unhealthy things evil, Kathryn?
Is there a difference between "evil" and "immorality"? |

What's with all the pie-teasing? I really want pie now...With Ice cream, but not the milk...too much dairy for one meal...

I consider a stick of butter evil. It's too humid to think about the second question.

You are of course aware of the fact that it is the "double-entendre" that makes me, and probably others, find this post "funny", which brings about the question: who broke the rules, you, by writing this post loaded with "innuendo", or me, by reading "innuendo" into it and finding it "amusing"?
I am "literally" groping for any excuse to get back on board after 2 weeks away from the forum. I'm sure it shows.

the last thing i would ever do in this thread is post something containing innuendo. the whole reason i started this thread is to avoid all of that.
when i said i am "pro-head" i meant, quite plainly, that i enjoy fellatio. but i do see now that, in the context of the previous posts, you may have thought i was talking about cow head (or "cabeza," in Spanish), commonly served in Mexico and other parts of the world. i apologize.
from now on, in this thread, if you're going to change the subject (as i did) please make it clear that you're doing so.

surely that depends on how it is served? could it not be that the head is cooked and then left for a while, thus cooling and condraticting your statement that the head portion is not cool? or is it strictly to be served hot? (or at least, not cool?)
also, i find it hard to believe your advice to "steer clear" of the head portion would ever be of much use. i have so far never been in a situation where i have found myself steering a vehicle towards a head portion and had the choice of continuing towards it or steering clear, nor can i imagine being in such a situation at any point in the future. regardless of this, the advice is appreciated.
Oh let it linger |
