many people took it all wrong about the post nothing day. i was not trying to say people what to do, let alone order them around. and those who wanted to start a revolution must remember that revolutions are against the establisment and not against new ideas, and they must admit that posting 100 comments a day is more mainstream than posting nothing. this thread was meant as an ode to silence, a great way to give the site's hardware a day of rest and a reflection pause and opportunity for people to post at the "i had intercourse" thread the day after. well not all revolutions have a happy end but at least we can have a new controversy. hoorah!

Yeah I am serious this time floop flop!
We didn't have sex (her brother was in the other room), but we kissed and cuddled and all that jazz. It was a nice way to end an evening of much alcohol and belly laughs.

people who registered just to leach the ftp don't count. basically this forum is populated by 50-100 people who post more or less regularly. so if you consider the total posts of people who didn't post in the post nothing day (with the clamorous examples of floop and HPM just to mention a couple) against those who actually posted you will understand that
a) posting a lot is mainstream attitude among regulars
b) the post nothing day was a success
c) people who post less get laid more
and that's a scientific fact
