This just ruined my YEAR! How sad! So what is the next best thing for BT sites? I know there are several, but let's face it, most of them suck! I download mostly Tom Waits, FB/Pixies, and Brian Wilson/Beach Boys (although he was banned from easytree), so if anyone has any good sites where I might find some of those, it would be appreciated.
I wish STG would somehow ressurrect. Correct me if I'm wrong, but they weren't shut down for legal reasons were they? So it's at least possible that STG could come back sometime in the near (or not so near) future (although highly unlikely, I know.
Well, to view the glass as half full, that relieves my computer of a lot of disc space and downloads that slow down the internet, as well as relieving me of a lot of wasted time. I guess it's back to snail mail!
It was good while it lasted. Unfortunately, even if there happens to be another good torrent site, I have the feeling it will be shut down too within the next year or so.
So, let's share our, officially, very last easytree download. Mine is the Pixies 06-06-91 show, which, somehow or another, I am still seeding in spite of the fact that the site is down.

there is always classic p2p to exchange files. maybe slower but better than nothing i guess.

The only problem is, it's almost impossible to find something you're interested in in lossless format.

My last download was FB 2000-03-04 and I was just beginning to download Pixies 1991-06-06 but it's too late :(

Can't seem to slip in at the right time to sign up for an account w/dimeadozen.
