What's the soonest amount of time (hours, days, weeks, months, years) that anyone has told you they love you? And the same for you telling them?
What's the right amount of time to wait?
A friend just had a girl tell him that after 3 dates !! mmmm.... |

i told this girl today that i saw at the beach that i loved her. it was the first time i saw her.
i don't think she heard me though since she was about 20 yards away.

dumped him. That said, Mr. Kathryn told me that the first

So I dunno. I'd say to tell your friend to go with his gut.

When I met my wife, the first night we went back to her house, on her wall she had a breeder last splash poster, we sat up and listened to kinky machine b sides and she played me a frank black track. I found that he liking for the pixies was intense as mine and that she was as cynical as me, 2 weeks to tell her I loved her, that was too long.

Yeah, I had a girl say that to me on our first date. Weird and I just thought, "You don't even know what you're talking about". Which is probably better than thinking "Psycho", though I did toy with both ideas in my head.

current boyfriend told me after a month so we'd been friends for ages, i think it just slipped out accidentally more than anything...but it still freaked me out a bit, dunno why....think i told him that i loved him about 4 months later....i cant imagine telling someone i love them without really meaning it

| My husband told me he loved me on our third date, we moved in together after two weeks of dating and were married almost a year to the date of meeting. It was the fastest either of us had progressed in a relationship in our lives, but it never felt forced. To this day our relationship just keeps getting better. |
