Hi, wow its been so long since I started a thread here that I have no idea what to write. How about reaquainting myself and yourselves with me and for that matter, everyone else. Whats going on with everyone? Anything interesting happen to you? I have mumps and decided to go round Europe in summer (touring it). Theres probably more interesting things but you wouldn't be interested. What about everyone else? Best one wins a small ceramic bear.

Ha, brilliant, I lost my perfect recreation of your love, Its stored somewhere though floop. I've been good by the way. By permit I presume you mean driving licence? Any other permit would be rather interesting. I shall be venturing to the following places for extended visits: France - Nice Switzerland Italy Siciliy Croatia Czech Republic + possibly Austria and Germany. Should be fun

Cool, you going alone? Italy and France are beautiful countries, and Switzerland seems even more so in terms of natural scenery. I can't really comment on Croatia and Czech Republic, though I hear many good things about the latter.
If you do get to go to Austria then I am sure you will be impressed, again by it's natural beauty. Germany is erm, clean, and efficient. If you can catch a beer festival there then that would be superb 'cos they are bloomin' brilliant.
I bet you are looking forward to that now. When exactly are you going?

Hi Homer.6th of July to be precise. Im going with my girlfriend. Her birthday lands on the 6th of August so we are dragging it out a couple of extra days and staying in Rome for her 21st, should be quite memorable I hope. Im looking forward mostly to going to Switzerland but its supposed to be very expensive as is Austria so we probably can't afford to visit both extensively. Damn right Im looking forward to it, just a pity I've got so much to do between now and then.

You have a girlfriend now? Cool, you have been busy, although I seem to remember you were quite a busy boy in the past, you heartbreaker you.
That is fantastic that you will be in Rome for her 21st. Rome is extremely beautiful, it should be really memorable for you both. I can't remember if you are a football fan or not, but the Olympic Stadium is pretty impressive even if you are not, but there are so many amazing buildings there (and people).

I had a girlfriend for ages but then went through a few and now I have a nice girl whom I uh like. I am indeed a football fan, Sheffield United to be exact. It may be a bit of struggle to get her to visit a football ground when there are millions of other non football related places there. But I'll give it a go.

Hehe, yeah it may prove tricky for you. To be fair you could compromise on just walking around it, it's impressive enough just to do that. There are some lovely Olympian statues leading up to it.
Check out the ice cream parlours there too, and of course the food in general there is excellent. Hope you like Italian.
Man I remember just sitting in the town squares where all the young people hang out, just chillin with an ice cream whilst the sun went down. I have great memories if that place, even the soup kitchen where I did some work was great.
.......which was nice. |

a request for malax: if you are going to the olympic make sure that you watch an AS Roma game and not a filthy Lazio one. Forza Roma

Without a doubt. Losing Capello was a blow, but the man doesn't have much loyalty so it was no real surprise. Then again there isn't much loyalty in Italian football full stop. Emerson has been missed too. I just hope they can keep hold of Cassano.

i wouldn't be optimistic about that. roma has an almost 200million euro debt which will be probably paid by selling the best players. but it doesn't bother me much as long as juventous doesn't win anything and we bash lazio at the derbies.

I rarely start threads, and I don't have anything interesting to report. So why am I posting here? I don't know.
