And last night I was told about retrosexuals - a whole new phenomenon developing as backlash against metrosexuals. From what I understood it's a bit seventies meathead/beefcake/hairy chest type stuff with a good dousing of Blue Stratos.
(It was late and I'd indulged, so I may have got the wrong end of the story)
The only way to get rid of temptation is to yield to it. |

I really don't like the term metrosexual, nor the vanity aspect of it that Kitty was talking about. However I think that within both sexes, the people who dwell closer to the line that divides/defines the two, are the most interesting people to know. The people who are the absolute epitemy of the stereotype of their sex, are nearly always not worth knowing in any way whatsoever.
I hate manly men and I hate girly girls. I just like people with a little more intelligence than that.

I'm not totally sure why adult females can be girls, but adult males are never boys (unless they're being really immature). The word "girls" can pair with either "boys" or "guys."

I would theorize that "gal" is born of the way the denizens of the southern United States raped and batardized the English language.
The male equivalent of "chicks" is "dudes".
I tend to agree with Homers about not really digging people who are at the extreme of their gender.
Girls, you say you like manly men...do you mean really, like that you'd choose a gorilla-like person as a life partner or that this is just the guy that you fantasize is forcing you to perform fallatio on him against your will and that in real life you like your men to actually be capable of congnition? |
