Grilled tempeh sandwhich This was on toasted Squaw bread which I've never had and am quite fond of. It has a honey taste. This sandwhich also had sunflower sprouts, roasted red pepper, onion, tomato, swiss, and some Newmans italian dressing.

KOK, that's some serious hippie food you're ingesting.
I'm worried about you, man. Tell you what: you
drive up to SLO and get yourself a nice tri-tip
sandwich, OK? Put some hair on your chest.
Enough with the sissy food.

I hear you, KOK. I'm trying to lose those last few pounds myself.
For instance, I had only one thing for dinner tonight: a sundae.
It featured: two scoops peppermint ice cream,
whipped cream, nuts, extra hot fudge, hold the cherry.
Some kind of delicious, I tell you.

With the peppermint ice cream you could name it "Kays Abomination Sundae" Peppermint ice cream! Where'd you find that crap? Walmart? Is it that disgusting green color?

It was pink and it was delicious and it had
crunchy, plastic-like green and red mints
in it.

"Kay's Abomination" reminds me of ordering
some ice cream at a shop right off of
BC on Comm Ave a bunch of years back and
I guess it was a weird combo I ordered because
they started clanging a cow bell and called it
the "Heinous Mix of The Day" and gave it to me for free.
Now I can't remember the two flavors I ordered on the same
cone.

What kind of multi-culti culinary schitzophrenia
is a Mexican baguette?
