RED CURRY PASTE?
no no no shallots, dried red chillis, ginger, lemongrass, garlic and ginger hard work in a pestle and mortar fried off a little then add coconut milk a drop or two of fish sauce simmer till creamy whack in some prawns

I had a lamb casserole with oregano, garlic and aubergine, and roast potatoes and salad. Also vanilla ice-cream and chocolate sauce.
