RED CURRY PASTE?
no no no
shallots, dried red chillis, ginger, lemongrass, garlic and ginger
hard work in a pestle and mortar
fried off a little then add coconut milk
a drop or two of fish sauce
simmer till creamy
whack in some prawns
presto

For lunch I had leftover spaghetti and meatballs,
but it would seem that whoever took the other half of it took all the meatballs too!

Hey floop, on a health kick?
I had a lamb casserole with oregano, garlic and aubergine, and roast potatoes and salad. Also vanilla ice-cream and chocolate sauce.

i went to this place (very good but there is way cheaper Korean BBQ out there. my friend works there so i had to try it)..
