Your posts always seem to make me hungry (bread ones excluded).

What no tofu? Surely there was some tofu there rita. Well at least that's one day that you're not contributing to the destruction of the rain forests.
I guess floop WAS right!

Been a long week, and I am heading home.
Tonight I think I am not feeling like cooking. I think I shall stop at Baja Fresh for some take-out.

I'm not sure what I'm going to prepare. Either a mahi-mahi fillet with white rice and broccoli, or a really greasy pepperoni pizza. I guess it really doesn't matter what I have as long as there is a tall cool glass of toilet water to wash it down.

Maybe it was turkey bacon.

It wasn't
But today for lunch I had black beans with tofu and cous cous. And to dinner I'm cooking Seitan with vegetables.

I'm eating right now: I have venison grillsteaks (like the best burgers in the world), with some salad, a kind of bean and tomato sauce and some tasty, white BREAD.

Last nights dinner was great! We had a couple friends over. Everyone but me was a meat-eater, so I decided to cook for the majority. Nothing too fancy....just down home food. I hadn't cooked like this in a long time, so it was alot of fun to prepare.
Pork Roast (slow cooked for 10-hours in the crockpot) Home-made dinner rolls Salad with baby greens, herbs, yellow pepper, cuccumber, red onion, tomato, and mushrooms. Roasted baby red potatoes Asparagus steamed to perfection
Dessert: Pound Cake Fresh Strawberries with dark chocolate on top.

Smell and taste are whole different ball-games.
I had spinach and ricotta-filled pasta (tortellini? I can't remember), with salad and bread.
BREAD. It's the new PORK.

Tonight I will prepare a boneless and skinless chicken breast to grill marinated in a mustard, garlic and balsamic vinegar sauce. Side dish will be white rice on a bed of fresh spinach with soy sauce and steamed asparagus, and a tall cool glass of toilet water to wash it down.
