Johnny Horton plays an incredible tune called Lost Highway.

Watched Donnie Darko (finally) and Hitchcock's Rope, which is absolutly amazing. There's only three cuts throughout the whole flick. Fucking incredible.

i saw Ron Jeremy at, of all things, a Luis Bunuel double feature here in LA. THE DISCREET CHARM OF BOURGEOISIE and THAT OBSCURE OBJECT OF DESIRE. he was by himself, as was i, and i talked to him briefly about OBSCURE OBJECT at the intermission. i couldn't place who he was at the time, but it came to me afterward..

so no, i didn't have a chance to ask him for a part in a film..

Floop, I'm talking about Ron Jeremy not Jeremy Irons, silly!

Gotta go down toss some food down the basement stairs.

I watched a movie yesterday that I can't remember the name...it was something like "Lost in the snow", it was very good, in Alaska, with a beautiful scenery.

Yesterday I watched the first half of Men In Black. MIB-the movie isn't as good as MIB-the song (ha! who would've thought?) (I'm not talking about the Will Smith song)

Great now I have Kumbyah My Lord stuck in my head.

Any who... Last night I finished watching The Station Agent and Open Water.

Station Agent was a peek into the life of a few people over a couple of days. It wasn't good or bad.

Open water was not particularly good.

Listen folks, I want everyone on here to go rent Dogville pronto!

No one has ever told me they liked Open Water. I will be forever
grateful to Floop, for telling me the plot and giving me his (thumbs down)
review.

Dogville, huh? Why? Break it down for me.

I watched the Who's TOMMY. Seriously, what was that?

PS Pinball Wizard is a great song, Elton John's boots are awesome.

I always smell terrific. But seriously, TOMMY, didn't anyone else think it was kinda weak? And the step-father was a terrible singer.

Think along the lines of Animal Farm. I'm not sure that's a good comparison but... just watch it.

Fine. Next time I get a sitter, which will be six months from now, I'll try to
remember. Unless I go for a Jenna Jameson "film." She was in the
Ron Jeremy "biopic" last night and her make-up and the lighting
made her look old.

28 Days Later. Not that impressed really, although I thought it was nicely shot. The scenes in the empty London with Godspeed You Black Emperor on the soundtrack were ace, but it lost me about halfway through and failed to regain my attention.

I just watched Versus. It's a Japanese film and it's brilliant. Guns, blood, martial arts, comedy and zombies. What more could you ask for? Cool as.

i watched 2 movies w/ the lady yesterday

#1 - love me if you dare - a french romantic comedy. decent; but not worth a second viewing
#2 - i heart huckabees - i heart good movies, and this was not one of them. really not good at all. and i expected so much.

and i'm currently re-watching man on the moon. ah, giamatti. even as a supporting player you steal the show.

Yesterday I watched Hide and Seek at the cinema. It's a movie with Robert DeNiro. It sucked even though Famke Janssen and Elizabeth Shue were in it too.

Last night I watched the Eurockness show and this morning I am
still happy. So many favorite parts, from Kim's intro remark "comment
allez vous motherfuckers" to a spotlight hitting Joey's beautiful
head and for one split second making it appear all orange. Don't even
get me started on Frank. Or the crowd. Lots of energy in that
happy, lucky French crowd.

"Eurockéennes"

Yeah, I know, that's unpronounceable even for us French. But that reminds me that I've had it on DivX for like 6 months now and still haven't seen it.
