I don't know how to explain it, and I'm not entirely sure what it is. But I love it.

ok.
It isn't funny.
I feel dirty when I lie.

I suppose it's funnier when you know the characters a bit. And lies make baby Jesus cry. |

I love Achewood, when I first joined this forum, I stole a line from it as my sig.
'it seems,' I said, looking up at the sun, 'when a man dreams, a white butterfly does be after coming out of his mouth and walking away; and when it comes back again, it is then he awakes.' |

Do you like Red Meat, speedy? It reminds me of that. A little bit of Zippy too.
I always forget to get a dose of comics. I used to read This Modern World and Tom the Dancing Bug a lot.
Achewood is funny. Please stop crying baby Jesus!

I like This Modern World and Tom the Dancing Bug. Red Meat doesn't really grill my steak. Something about Achewood is just really scratching me right where I itch today. |

I like it, but not as much as Red Meat. I have this one on the fridge to tease my Atkins-fond father.

Almost a Pixies reference here.

I have read every single one from the beginning since speedy posted this thread.
"John Mayer wants all you moms to be nice to your daughters so frat boys can date rape them while listening to his music."

I spent the better part of this week reading every Achewood. Good times on the company dime. Sometimes it was so funny, I just about lost it. No amount of coughing can cover that up. KSR, have you read any of the blogs? Pat's are hilarious, as are Chris's. And I really want the "Here Comes A Special Boy!" t-shirt. |

Yep - me too.
I've been just cracking up, sending them to people..knowing they will just cock their heads sideways like a dog hearing the front brakes squeal on a white 1987 Subaru GL wagon that is stopping at a stop sign a few blocks away. |
