That's the first time someone calls me "too clever". Mind if I print and frame your post, Tre?

Floop had actually got some serious designer stubble to go with that blonde mullet of his, he looked like a beegee, which goes down well with the londonshire ladies

How deep is your love?
I bet floop (to me, who has not met him) is having a grand old time in London town.
Seriously, though, that photo of Morrissey and friggin' Nancy Sinatra is just the apex of bottomfeeding sleaziness. I cannot believe he would sink so low.

I have heard that whilst he may not be sampling much of the London culture he has sampled much of the inside of london pubs.

Nuts, did you say nuts? I bet Floop (remember, I cannot call him Tony) is driving the London ladies nuts. But don't be telling me that Morrissey is nuts.

I just found a Morrissey disc inside a CD case I picked up at a Goodwill...about 150 tunes...all Morrissey. "Estimated playing time: 8:27:47"
Someone's MP3 disc looks like.
I was never much of a fan. Maybe that will change since i now have EIGHT FREEKIN HOURS of this guy's music...if I don't shoot myself first...or maybe hang myself with a silken scarf...that'd be more Morrissey style, eh? |

Kathryn I think you are just secretly jealous that that's not you in the photo. Ya gotta give Nancy props for that "Boots are Made for Walking Song" that rocks!! Hopefully soon you can pose for a better and cooler photo of Morissey! |

Define really great shit. Meanwhile, I'll define me and my musical tastes:
I'm a 41-year-old proudly stuck in a cliche 70s/80s punk rut.
Also, I don't do MP3s, just old school CDs.
Proceed at your own risk.

OK, then make me a cliche 70s/80s punk rut mix disk.
Preferrably music that did not make it into the mainstream. Minor Threat? Minutemen? |

I am temporarily distracted by the cuteness of the Tre. Awwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww.
OK. Back to my usual nasty self. I was thinking X and, oh I don't know, a little Concrete Blonde?
And what's this thing you've got, a CD?

Oh, Tre, it went wrong everywhere in every way. At least for me. But then we got older, found some music and decided to fuck it and have a good time any way. Am I right?

when i was a baby, i looked quite asian (i am white) - i mean, i had really dark black hair, squinty eyes, etc. i looked SO asian that i was actually about to be breastfed by an asian woman and my mother was going to breastfeed her baby until one of them read the little name on the wrist bracelet. and to think how out of place i would look today, 22 years later, in that asian household.

I was a similar oddity at birth, my mother had been on holiday in Spain not long before I was concieved so when I was born (also a full head of jet black hair and quite dark skin at birth) it almost resulted in divorce!
I've often tried playing this card and the adoption card at my father (years after their actual divorce) but there's no way round it. I'm his daughter alright.
We used to work in the same hospital and were both on break in the coffee-conservatory where some idiot was spouting pure tripe. At one point they said something seriously stupid and my dad and I looked up at the same time and pulled the exact same 'what the fuck are they talking about the idiots' face which everyone else found very funny. I find getting told I look exactly like my father (the bloke) less amusing oddly.
