Alright, call me a nerd for posting this (even those video games are really mainstream these days) but on Friday I purchased xbox live, of course the game I play is Halo 2. I've been spending allot of time online lately (alright, all day) but essentially because surprisingly ALLOT of people in my area have xbox live.
It's kind of cool, it reminds me of Fight Club in the sense that we all know each other and play online except when we meet (over Christmas and stuff) we never talk about playing online against each other.
I didn't think it would be worth the money I spent on it (I ended up blowing 120$ for the headset/3 month subscription and Halo 2) but I'm enjoying myself.
The reason I was posting here was to specifically capture the attention of anyone on the forums who has xbox live and would like to play with me online (I thought it would be cool to play online with a fellow Frank Black fan) if you do, please feel free to post your gamertag.
P.S.
I play allot really late at night (1am - 11am) and I live in Canada, but I get to play with all the British people, their really mean though. I don't know why but usually they will ALWAYS taunt you after a kill and shout at you post-game. Maybe it's just their genetics. |

I have Halo2 too, but haven't really played it much online. I'm fairly shit at the shooters - racing is more my thang. Gotham and OutRun2.
And Pro Evo 4.

This is a pretty fair response, I didn't think allot of you played xbox let alone Halo 2. I'll add all of you, I haven't been on live lately for some reason but I'll probably be playing allot this weekend so maybe we should get a Frank Black Forums game going :).

Looks like I'm gonna have to play Halo2 to talk to you lot so.
Don't expect too much if I'm on your team though, I'm pretty lame at it.
And I get bastard motion sickness from playing FPS's too long in one sitting.
Will add yis and keep an eye out over the weekend... |

I love playing Halo/Halo2 and Ghost Recon. But I waste enough time playing the single player modes, that going online would eat up even more of my valuable, valuable time.

I've been a PC gamer for too long to try to become proficient at console games using those silly controllers. With a keyboard and a mouse, I will wipe the floor with all of you.
