I think I've run out of men I think are particularly hot, which is a shame. Koko, did you catch McDave rocking out in that first pic? That's one of the best I've seen of him. Tre loves us.
I had a big crush on Dave Grohl when I was like 15. He's cute in that "I'll cheat on you and make you want to die" sort of way. I'm sure he's crawling with disease, but he has a huge man-crush on Frank, which is always extra points in my book.

Yeah, but as you said, girls like a bit of arrogance. and i do think its more arrogance than pretenciousness...in junk mail it tell s you a bit more about his life, in various articles, which brings him much more down to earth,
How ever, ive had Junk mail for over a year and havent read it all yet - not as interesting if youre not a big fan of drugs...not for me at least, but it does have its good points.

There is a huge fucking portion of pretention in Self's writing, his imagery is beautifull at times and his ideas are deliciously dark but he is an absolute headache to read because of the un-needed flowery bullshit surrounding some of his larger pieces.
To start with Bumble, I'd personally reccomend some of the short stories. I've got how the dead live, my idea of fun, dorien gray and great apes but I'm not sure I'd say I find them a pleasure to read really. Something like tough tough toys for tough tough boys is a good introduction I think. Eases you in gently.
I always found that those people I've met who rave to me about Will Self think they are very big and clever for reading so caled "intellectual" books. I'd rather read something thats enjoyable rather than a fucking chore myself. Thats not to say I'd rather read trash than a clever book but there is being clever and there is being a stuck up pain in the arse.
He is a funny guy though, beautiful? thats just kinky.
