I think Connecticut also has the highest average wealth. It's all the rich people that work in NYC but live in CT. |

Since we continue to see references to this garbage, I thought some might benefit from this exhaustive debunking of this hoax.

Of course conservatives know this fiction will still be peddled as fact twenty years from now. |

Was it the crystal ball, the tarot cards or nostradamus that told you? Predicting the future is a bit liberal for a conservative I think.

I think my guiding assumption, AKA "knowledge", is that the liberals will not, or cannot, change, so for them the past, present, and future are one. Predicting how the left will continue to treat the right, and the facts, involves no risk at all. |

Y´know it´s curious, sometimes some quite clever things come out of your typing fingers and then here we go, it comes down to ´left and right´. There´s a book called White Noise with a character who sees everything in terms of either/or. Do you really feel that with this planet´s diversity of people and ideas and methods of expressing those ideas that everyone can be lumped into just two categories?

Fair point. I agree it that of course it's a matter of degree. I use the left-right polarity as shorthand, admittedly without making that clear. However, here in the USA things are pretty polarized these days.
And Tre, yes, I do see the humor but often don't extend it. |

Well, if conservatives changed, they wouldn't be conservatives, by definition. So does that mean no one is changing? Or maybe just the people who don't fit into either of those two groups?

We are not of time, but only of space.

Facts, schmacts. You can't use facts to prove anything that's even REMOTELY true!
