I can think of no less than twenty-five terrible puns right now about the price being right...

When I was a teenager I yearned to "commingle" with Holly Halstrom. She was Bob's redhead model back in the late '70s / early '80s.

you can live vicariously through Bob.

speaking of legends at LA establishments. how about some of the head shots they have at Ribs USA BLT? they've got to have one of the most bizarre assortments of signed head shots at any LA restaurant.

at the top of the list: Macho Man Randy Savage.

Yes, we were checking them out a couple weeks ago. There's a head shot for one of the waiters-- the dyed-red-hair guy who looks like David Caruso's slightly younger brother.

it's always been a dream of mine to make head shot for myself and frame them. and then go around eating at restaurants and secretly put them up on the walls. you know they'd either never notice, or just leave it up because they figure someone else put it up.

some day

It's a phenomenon you'd have live in LA to truly appreciate. I've often wondered about it... do would-be celebrities carry around stacks of 8x10s and offer them to restaurants? If so, are they ever refused? If refused, do they covertly put them up anyway? I have so many questions about this.

i have the answers

or, will, as soon as i get my head shots made.

a guy i know from school is trying to be an actor, sort of. he also does comedy (still struggling)...

anyway, as a joke, he had head shots made of himself wearing a full Mexican wrestling mask with the insignia "Captin Liberty"

i'd love to see one of those up in Ribs USA (next to my head shot of course)

The mexican place I always eat at has a huge, and I mean huge, picture of Yanni hanging right over the door. It's not like they have a collection of head shots, just Yanni mixed in amongst the sombreros and plaster cacti. And it's not even signed.

I once washed Zsa Zsa Gabor's dogs.

Don't forget to spay and neuter your dry cleaning!

Okay, that was desperate.
