Obv. you can't sleep because those lace-trimmed cami-thingies are distracting you. Duh! Wear something chaste and you'll get right to sleep.

I'm posting from the front enquiries desk at work, so naked really ain't an option here. I'm wearing a blue top sort of halfway between a jumper and a long sleeved T, plus grey cords-ish trousers. Also, my big blue size 13 trainers.

My arctic furryhooded coat. I've been here too long and below 18 degrees gives me bloodcicles. I'm going to France instead of Ireland this Exmas so I'll miss my yearly shot of what cold weather feels like.

Moving from the clown to the jester will mean moving from similar to same, from alike to identical, from comparable to analogous. Though applied differently, the colours used on one can be used on another, and a couple of changes of costume will rapidly transform the jester into a clown and the clown into a jester. Strictly speaking, they almost duplicate each other as regards clothes and function, the only difference between them, from a social point of view, is that clowns do not usually visit the palaces of kings. |

I'm surprised nobody has posted the picture of that guy in the Tron costume yet.
I'm afraid my vocabulary ain't good enough for me to describe my clothing properly. I'm wearing blue jeans, black laced boots, my black "Return of the King" T-shirt, and a black woolen zipped-up, er, top. Although I'm French, I do wear underwear and deodorant, thank you.
I'm often wearing black to work these days, it reflects how I feel about my work (as does the fact that I'm typing this instead of working, obviously).
Also glasses, a wristwatch, my wedding ring, a silver bracelet known around these parts as a gourmette, and around my neck, a koru carved out of horn (I think).
Now, I suppose every Frenchman on this forum will mock me relentlessly for admitting to wearing a gourmette, but I don't care, as it was a present from my future wife.

Denis, I am very impressed that you can name the brand of every single thing you're wearing. It makes you sound like Patrick Bateman, which is sort of cool. From this safe distance, at least :)

One blue sock, one white...not planned...The only clean socks left in my drawer. My dock's, One earing in my left ear. And that's aboot it.

Alright, what ARE these?? I read ramona's blog site the other day and she was talking about them too -she said something like they're impossible to find, where do you buy them etc etc, and then she stepped on one on the sidewalk. She could probably tell it better. Wait, uh, she did.
What am I missing? |

they were started by lance armstrong - they are bracelets that all the proceeds go to cancer research. many people in my life have had/still have/died from cancer, so its my little sign to the world. and it was a very sweet gift from an 8th grader who bought a ton and is giving them out to everyone she knows. you can only buy them in packs of 10 and then distribute them yourself (or so i understand)

Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but those are the bracelets that Lance Armstrong's foundation is selling to help find a cure for cancer. Last week, someone told me that because they are so hard to find, some opportunists are hawking them on eBay and pocketing the money.

I'm wearing two long sleeve t's, apple green over white (too see thru to wear one at a time), my favourite pair of jeans (which are now sadly too big for me), black high heel boots, my twin tusk necklace and studded silver antique bracelet from Oman(imagine ancient judas priest stylee).
I am not giving you a run down of what underwear I am wearing.

I did see those bracelets on Ebay and wondered how that worked, but it would seem that people had to BUY them before selling them themselves, right? Maybe not. People suck.

That´s very nice Brian, I would buy one if I could. Unffortunatly some very close family died because of cancer.
And by the way, I´m just wearing blue jeans and my husband´s pullover, among other things, because the weather is getting cold!
