Kiki you're going to love Interpol. I think you've seen them before right? Anyway, you're in for a treat.
I saw Beck which was an interesting and entertaining show. I am not a huge Beck fan. I do think he's a really good artist and have lots of respect for him, but you know where my fandom lies! But anyway, it was a great show very interesting.
I expected to just see him and some turntables. But he had whole group of talented musicans that also seemed like fans supporting him. Very interesting.
We just saw Idle Wild. Interesting show as well.
Going to see New Pornographers, Bauhaus and some other bands too.
It's a busy time for shows.

i'm looking forward to the shout out louds on nov. 13 - i already have tickets
franz on oct 4 if the price is right, not to keen on the venue, new album comes out that day, supposed to ref, will make a game day decision.
really want to catch clap your hands say yeah on the 2nd at a tiny club with the national, don't really know them but the gig has been moved from an 80 seater to a 300 seater and still can't get a sniff at a ticket.
The waxworks were an immensely eloquent dissertation on the wonderful ordinariness of mankind. |
