Work is stressing me out right now, already cried at my desk once today. I want to quit my job and live on the beach - anyone have any suggestions about how I can do that? Maybe I can make a novel version of the henhouse and become rich and famous.
How's the weather where y'all are?

high 70s and gorgeous - its too bad i'm stuck packing and doing work all day - about that living on the beach thing - you could always pull an anna nicole, marry some tycoon, hope he dies and cash up - then you can buy a huge house on the beach, call it the henhouse, and let us all come stay for free!!!!!

Another freak snowstorm yesterday. Talk about depressing, I need to go to the lake sometime this year. I hate this fucking snow but I'll take 6-8 months of winter to not have any poisonous insects and snakes and no cockroaches! |

Is this the right thread to talk taco on?

Ahhhhh, Junior Cert Art, those were the days................Yes, lots of black ink, drawings of sinister looking men in half shadow and ruined statues half covered by the desert. And I wasn't a Goth?

Congrats, Brian. One more week for me, but only two more classes. Yee-ha! Tonight is a lame-o faculty function, but booze will be involved. Maybe I can fill my purse with bottles of beer and sneak away with it to a better party. (It wouldn't be the first time. . .)
Oh yeah, and congrats to you as well, Brackish Girl. You're well on your way to an unhealthy internet addiction. I will drink a stolen beer in your honor. |

all done with exams indeed andy - thanks for the kind words sarah - for some reason its 7:30 am and i'm wide awake. coming home always really messes with my sleep pattern. oh well. no new band new yet to report, since jeff lives in pittsbugh and i'm a good 6-7 hours away, the band kinda takes a back seat for awhile. i've been on a TMBG kick lately - love those johns

Aw yeah. I listened to Lincoln just yesterday (it's my fave), and No! is in constant rotation at our house. My daughter adores TMBG. When she was first born, I couldn't really remember any lullabies or baby songs, so initially I would just sing TMBG to her.
Off to class. |

I love the song, is it "10 minutes of 2" or something like that? My friend, Alex has that CD and we all listen to it, in the company of her four year old, and rock out.
My favorite TMBG songs are "Man, it's so loud in here" and "Wicked Little Critter" - the line "I got...problems" is constantly quoted in my family. |
