| If ebay cancell the auctions, and brixton and co. are all informed about they may do like Glasto last year and print new tickets with new numbers on so real fans can still go. The tout ones will be effectively invalid - but would be fairer than pay 200 odd quid. |

Mr Noisy, can you point Frank and co at this thread? Points to raise: a) need more gigs; b) don't use Ticketweb.
Have TicketWeb never taken concert bookings before or something?

Right well that's all folks, I'm off to get some breakfast and watch Soccer AM. At least I got 4 of then 5 I wanted, just means that one of my mates is a bit gutted (not as gutted as I would have been though).
Now let's just pray for Manchester!!! Might be worth staying online this weekend in case of further announcements. Perhaps Monday!!! |

If theres such high demand why can't they move the show to a bigger venue, and give everyone who got stuck on the site first refusal on tickets?

It would be interesting to know how long it actually took for them to sell out, i'm willing to bet it was 10 minutes. |

The whole thing about Brixton is it's NOT a big venue, so you get a proper intimate club gig. it's not much bigger than sheperds bush, and that made for a fantastic fb&c gig last year. I don't want it moved (I got tickets, eventually) |

me too. i sat watching the confirmation page load for about 30 minutes. i rang them, they told me to close it, i got no tickets. i did get a pair for the first night from wayahead luckily, seems some friends will be missing out in june....

| I was fucked over by ticketweb website. However, got my tickets just before 10am from ticketweb over the phone curtousey of a lovely sounding girl called Rachel who didn't tell me to phone back in 30mins as she was beign told to but kept retrying it for me until it workd. Still only got circle for the first gig though, gonna be so excited by the time I get to the stalls on the 3rd! |

Its so unfair, for any other dates, you should have to take part in a pixies quiz to prove your knowledge and love for the pixies and that should be the only way to get tickets.
I just know that some 13 year old spotty kid has a ticket that was meant for me and his only going because he rea that Kurt Cobain liked them.
God damn it, i'm so bitter!!!
Having said that i'm 80% sure that more London dates will be added, hopefully i'll get some of those. |
