has anybody actually got tickets from ticketweb off the internet yet? I've ordered some, and it seems to have gone through because it wont let me order any more, but the checkout hasnt moved to a confirmation page....

| Same for me...I have a contingency order with Stargreen, which I think has gone through though. Ticketweb send a confirmation email when orders go through, andI haven't received one of these yet :-( Also, just spoke to them and they said their whole system is shafted and therefore my order probably hasn't gone through. It does howevere mean they think they still have tickets though. How to get them is the difficulty - even their phones are down now! |

yep. been on there since 8.55 and i get to the screen where you put your card details in, click the confirm button or whatever then NOTHING. has anyone actually been able to BOOK them from ticketweb yet???

| Well I have clicked on I agree on 3 seperate occasions now so I will either end up with 3 (therefore two spare) or no more than the 4 I got from Wayahead. At least I am going anyway. Just not sure which of my mates are yet. |

| ticketweb are the only ones with any left, that's their own official word. They have no reason to lie 'cos they can sells theirs no problem anyway and if anything they probably just want us all to leave them alone now anyway. |

I got 4 for each night from wayahead and, possibly, 4 for each night from ticketweb (having the same experience as everyone else - checkout doesn't complete but it won't let me order any more) ... if I end up with any spares, I'll sell them at cost via this forum

i'm not sure how they'd know that, but they do have the 'entire' lot of tickets for the academy, so if they sell out then there's none left... other venders my only have an allocation.
(i work for ticketmaster/ticketweb, although unfortunately not today! and having same problem as everyone else!)

What the fuck is up with the UK ticket agencies? Not one of them has a site that can handle the load, and all their phone lines are down! I've clicked to pay twice for 4 tickets on TicketWeb (thanks eebee) and it just sits there. You can't get through to them on the phone to check if they've got your order or not. Xfm and NME's hotlines were both dead, wayahead.com is dead and most places appear to have sold out within 10 minutes -- so what the fuck are the promotors smoking to put on only 2 gigs for the whole of the UK? Looks like I ain't going. Fucking cretins!

i sit on hold to ticketweb for 25minutes and finally get to talk to someone who takes all my details etc only to then tell me that they are having computer problems and no-ones details are being able to go through!
so he says "oh, sorry, but i can't do anything, bye"
i seriously wanted to fucking kill the fucker......
so now, i had to leg it down to an internet cafe only to find mayhem here too...
and NO tickets...
so i think i'm going to be first in begging for anyone who has a single extra ticket to please let me know.

the problem is the people on the phone line use the same system to book, the internet form on ticketweb! so if it doesn't work for us here, it's not going to work for them when you call them...
