Oh yeah! And a mean streak! We "New Wavers" didn't mess with the likes of Thomas! Unless it was to buy "doobies".

Note to self - Flowers smell pretty!

Side Two of Led Zeppelin IV works every time.

I never liked Ozzy after Blizzard. Actually I never did get into the metal look at all. Most of those bands I liked between 1980 and 1985. Bands I didn't mention because they were not 80's are. Beatles, Stones, Led Zep, UFO & the Who. By 1985 I was in the NAVY, cut hair and all. Sorry but I never did drugs. Not that there is anything wrong with that. When I heard the Pixies for the first time in 1988 it was what I was waiting to hear. Like everyone else here it just sounded like nothing else you were listening to at the time, and much better.

Actually that is a picture of Ricky Kasso. He was famous for about 15 min (har har) back in 1984. He was arrested for killing his friend, but that isn't what made him famous. While he was stabbing his friend he told him over and over to "Say you love satan". He hung himself in his jail cell.

i love the dire straits.the first cd i ever bought was "money for nothing".and i still believe that "tunnel of love" is the most beautiful song ever made.does this make of me a potential jersey shore habitué?
