Placing my vote on The Beatles....
Reason being, that's a very weird and cool song. John Lennon wrote it. The Breeders just covered it.
As long as that is the case, and however cool The Breeders did it, The Beatles trump The Breeders.
NOW ON THE OTHER HAND:
Wild Honey Pie done by The Pixes scares me like The Beatles version never could. |

i've heard the theory, which i like, that this song is kind of a play on words.. and the "warm gun" actually represents something else, that sounds a lot like warm gun, but is less appropriate.
