Does anyone have any idea who the drummer of fifteen toms could be. I think logically it can be either Alex Van Halen or the guy from Rush, what's his name? uhh, Neil Peart. Even Bill Bruford at one time had a huge set of drums. Anybody else have a guess . . . or know the answer?

Back on the list that eventually gave birth to the Abstract Plain list there used to be this guy who used that as his log-on name: drummeroffifteentoms. When I heard Frank mention that at the start of Bullet on DITS I always thought he was simply referring to that guy's log-on name. Partly I got that impression from the way Frank chuckles after he says it. Hadn't occurred to me that that log-on name might have been derived from a nick name for an actual famous drummer. Mike D, you remember it from somewhere else? Makes me curious. - Mel |

Sounds logical to me, only one problem is that I was 'drummeroffifteentoms' on Abstract Plain; really! I established it the same day that I heard 'Bullet' and the rest of DITS. I would have been honored, though. |

OK. Obviously I thought your name predated DITS. Good choice of names. - Mel |

I always thought Frank says that, because Scott drum part at the begin sounded like it was played on fifteen toms (well, it doesn't really, maybe that's why Frank is laughing
