I think it's the kid from "Jungle Book, The Movie" (the first Disney One) and a sausage made to look like a woman wearing a bikini. Look at that skin - looks like a lobster or burnt hot-dog skin or something. That is all.
Thank you Carolynanna, I was wigging out trying to remember his name. And to think I spent sooooo much time watching that movie while babysitting and I couldn't even remember that. huh.
