It's really not that hard to find. And it's not that hard to find cheap, too.

American put a healthy amount of promotion behind Cult of Ray. So there's a lot of copies out there. And that it has a mixed reputation bodes well for finding it used. If you live in or near a town with more than 5 or 6 record stores (that carry new rock), one of them probably has it.
